N.B - A contractor will be onsite with appropriate lifting equipment, which can be used to load Lot's to Buyer's provided transport (between 24/06/24-28/06/24. For Lot's located at the Landor site, loading will take place on 24th, 25th and 26th. For Lot's located at the Long Acre site, loading will take place on 27th and 28th. A fee of £30 GBP + VAT per load will automatically be applied to the invoice. If a Buyer wins multiple Lot's from the sale, the fee will be charged per lift. 

Where additional lifting services are required, the loading fee will be increased and this will be highlighted within the Lot Description. If there are any queries regarding the loading fees, please contact IndustrialMachines Auctions. If transport is required within the UK, we would recommend contacting James Garside & Son Ltd for a quote (please reference IndustrialMachines - Solo Rail Auction), who will be the machine movers onsite; however, any bonafide contractor can be used:

For certain Lot's where machine decommissioning is required, we have instructed bonafide contractors to carry out these works in advance of the loading dates specified above. These costs are indicated within the Lot Description where applicable; and will be included automatically on the invoice to the winning Bidder. if you have any questions relating to the decommissioning, please contact IndustrialMachines Auctions directly.

Viewing

• We advise Buyers to inspect all Lots which they intend to purchase and verify all information prior to bidding.
• Viewing is on 15th and 16th May 2024 (between 9:30-16:00); and is available by appointment only with the Auctioneer (IndustrialMachines.net Auctions). Please contact us on +44 (0)1789 330 025 or email Auctions@IndustrialMachines.net to arrange. Only those with a confirmed appointment slot will be permitted onto site.
• All visitors who will be onsite are required to comply with any Health & Safety regulations, which will be outlined once a viewing appointment has been booked. Failure to comply, may result in refusal of gaining access to the site.

Close of Bidding

• If a Bid is placed within the last five minutes, the time for the Lot will extend to five minutes remaining; until no further Bids are placed; and the time reaches zero.

Warranty

• No warranty is given or implied for any of the Lots.

Payment

• Payment must be made in full, cleared funds 48 hours after the invoice has been generated. All charges/fees must be borne by the Buyer and in the currency stated on the invoice.
• Payment to be received no later than 13/06/2024 - Please send remittance to Accounts@IndustrialMachines.net.
• In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, we may charge you interest and claim debt recovery costs on overdue accounts, from the seventh day after the Sale End Date, until the date that payment is received.
• There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances, except where VAT is due on the Hammer Price, upon providing proof of export.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

• The Buyer shall pay any VAT due on the Hammer Price and Buyers Premium at the current rate (at the Sale End Date).
• Non-EU Buyers – VAT can be refunded on the Hammer Price subject to Proof of Export being provided within three months of the Sale End Date. This includes but is not limited to a Certified Bill of Lading/CMR. VAT on the Buyer’s Premium will not be refunded.
• EU Buyers – VAT can be refunded on the Hammer Price subject to Proof of Export being provided within three months of the Sale End Date. This includes but is not limited to a Certified Bill of Lading/CMR. We will also require a valid VAT number supplied on Your company headed paper in order to zero rate the invoice. VAT on the Buyer’s premium will not be refunded.
• Only if the Buyer uses one of our Preferred Partners for the shipping of the Lot/s, we can remove VAT prior to payment of the invoice. If available, our Preferred Partners will be listed under Supplier Links on the Auction Catalogue; and IndustrialMachines.net Auctions will need to receive confirmation direct from the Preferred Partner before being accepted.

Incoterms

• Lot to be sold EX Works, Birmingham, UK.

Removal of Goods

• Collection is strictly by appointment only!
• Some Lot/s have specific Collection Dates. Where this is applicable, the date will be provided within the Lot Description.
• Loading to be carried out by James Garside & Son Ltd machine movers. A loading fee will apply to certain Lot's and this will be highlighted with the Sale Information and/or Lot Description. If you are unclear regarding the Loading Fee's, please contact IndustrialMachines.net Auctions.
• No packing/palletising is offered. If you arrange collection through a third party, please check/ensure that they will take the items away as they are seen in the photographs.
• IndustrialMachines.net Auctions do not ship, pack or load Lot's won from the auction location. We cannot provide boxes, pallets, or print shipping labels/export documents.
• The Buyer at their own cost, will be wholly responsible for dismantling/decommissioning and transporting the Lot/s purchased from the auction location. If the Lot/s is/are intended to be exported, the Buyer at their own cost, shall be wholly responsible for ensuring compliance with all UK export conditions; and with the obtaining of any applicable export licences.
• The Seller will be responsible for the safe disconnection of the Lot from the mains power.
• Buyers or their Third Party companies involved with the removal of Lots must present the Collection Note on arrival to onsite personnel.
• It is the Buyer's instructed transport company's sole responsibility to ensure that all goods loaded are safely secured/strapped for transit.

Export Declarations

• As the UK is now no longer a member of the EU, it is important for Buyer's to ensure that the freight forwarder being used, will handle and discharge all relevant export declarations/customs clearance documents e.g. T1, GMR from point to point. This is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their instructed transport company, as all Lots are sold EX WORKS (unless otherwise explicitly specified in writing). Failure to do so will result in additional charges upon arrival at the final destination.
